The summer issue of Saskatoon Home magazine is out and it’s one of my favourite issues yet. The cover really grabbed my attention – and I’m not the only one as I’m told that they’re having a hard time keeping it in stock around the city. I wrote two articles for this issue, and they just so happen to be about two of my fabulous clients – Sarilia Country Estates and Lexis Homes.
And this wasn’t some fancy PR move on my part – the publisher suggested the article angles and it made sense that I’d be assigned to write them as I knew a lot of the background information already. In fact, the story about the Lexis-built Kinsmen riverfront lottery home was like coming full circle as I helped Lexis craft their proposal last year when the Kinsmen Club reached out to builders with their RFP.
The article featuring Sarilia covers the questions you should ask yourself and the research you should do if considering a move to the countryside – whether you’re looking for an acreage or a smaller piece of pastoral property.
